Xavier needs a calm and patient home that will help him feel safe and ready to enjoy being a dog again! Xavier is estimated to be about 6 years old. He was stuck in a kennel with no breaks, yard time or individual attention for 2 months due to a distemper outbreak at Baldwin in California where he found himself on the euthanasia list. He is now safe in Newton, CT and getting some much needed decompression time. He needs a home that truly understands decompression and will give him the time and space to break out of his shell and be the sweet amazing dog he is!
