About Sokka
Meet Sokka, an active and intelligent 5-year-old Australian Cattle Dog weighing about 45 pounds. He’s looking for a loving home where he can thrive and enjoy plenty of playtime. Sokka is crate and leash trained, rides well in the car, and has a penchant for games of fetch—tennis balls don't stand a chance against him! After a vigorous play session, he transforms into a cuddle bug, enjoying butt scratches and lounging close to his favorite humans. This velcro dog knows his basic commands as well as some delightful cues like "place," "quiet," and "backup." He has lived successfully with a friendly female dog and a younger male Heeler but can be selective when it comes to other male dogs. With calm introductions, he usually adapts well, enjoying the company of respectful pups. Sokka also gets along with cats, making him a versatile companion. He thrives on adventures and is food motivated, which makes training both enjoyable and effective. Sokka is ready for a home where he can relax, be himself, and lead an active lifestyle—apply to meet this charming guy today!
