Meet Baxter! This sweet, almost 3-year-old neutered male is full of energy and excitement. He loves going for walks and hikes, and he's particularly fond of anything that squeaks. Baxter can sit on command and enjoys human companionship, but he tends to be a bit nervous when meeting new people. Once he warms up, he’s quite affectionate. He prefers the company of older humans, as small children make him uneasy. Baxter is kennel trained, but a slow introduction to other pets is best, as he can display some jealousy. If you think Baxter would be a good match for your home, come by and meet him! This could be the start of something paw-some.
