Astro's journey began on a challenging note when he was found abandoned on the side of a road in New Mexico. Thankfully, a compassionate Good Samaritan came to his aid, bringing him to safety. While the shelter was overflowing and lacked available kennels, they recognized that Astro deserved another chance. With the help of Farfel's Rescue, this special pup is now looking for a loving forever home. Astro needs a family that will cherish him and include him in all family activities, whether it's hiking through scenic Colorado, enjoying daily neighborhood walks, playing with canine companions, or curling up on the couch for a cozy evening. He thrives on consistent stimulation, exercise, and affection. Enrolling in a positive reinforcement training class will not only help Astro develop great behavior but will also enhance the bond between him and his new family.
