Sunny is a 5-year-old, 65-pound Australian Cattle Dog with a delightful mix of sweetness and energy. His right eye has a unique positioning that adds to his charm without causing any issues. Having recently come to us from another Minnesota rescue, Sunny was a great family dog but became overly protective of the kids in his home. While he loves children, he needs an adopter who can teach him about boundaries and reassure him that he doesn’t have to be on guard constantly. At the shelter, Sunny shines brightly, enjoying outdoor runs and exploring. He appreciates the company of submissive dogs but prefers those that won’t jump on him. Sunny is already house trained and knows how to sit for treats! This friendly boy is eager to find a new family that can appreciate him fully. Sunny is neutered, microchipped, and current on his vaccinations. Come visit him at the shelter, available Tuesday to Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Sunday from 12:00 to 5:00 PM. He's ready to join a loving home!
