About Homer
Homer is in foster care in Houston, Texas, and he's ready to find a forever home. This delightful small dog is a young male, approximately a year old and around 18 lbs. Although he has a mixed breed look—perhaps a combo of Maltese and Bichon Frise—Homer is full of personality. He was rescued as a stray from a local park and has since been neutered and vaccinated. Homer enjoys playing in the yard with his dog buddies and appears to be fairly well house trained. His leash manners are great; he loves car rides and will eagerly hop in, often barking at the other dogs he spots outside. He cherishes hanging out at his foster’s feet or snuggling in a comfy dog bed. He could easily become your new best friend and companion. The adoption fee of $600 covers his transport, and all dogs from Shaggy Dog Rescue are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on their vaccinations. Give Homer the loving home he deserves!
