Meet Chuy! Chuy came to the shelter after his owner was arrested, and unfortunately, no one came to reclaim him. This roughly 2-year-old male Labrador/Shepherd mix is full of energy and personality. Chuy is a big, goofy boy looking for an owner who can teach him the ins and outs of indoor living. He would benefit from some basic training to help him shine. To assist with this, our adoptions include two free training lessons with our trainer. We're not sure how Chuy interacts with other dogs, so a meet and greet will be necessary for homes that have existing canine companions. He may not do well with cats, so a cat-free home would likely suit him best. Chuy will be available for adoption after his neuter surgery.
