Originally adopted from Underdog as a puppy, he returned to our care through no fault of his own, as his family faced serious medical challenges. Mango is everything you'd want in a companion—affectionate, playful, intelligent, and incredibly people-oriented. He adores children and gets along wonderfully with other dogs, always wanting to be right by your side. Whether curled up in your lap during car rides or snuggled next to you at bedtime, Mango's happiest when he's with his people. His previous family reported that he was fully house trained. Since adjusting to a new home with another male dog, he’s had a few minor accidents, likely due to settling in rather than a lack of training. He's also smart, with great recall, and eager to learn. Mango has a low to non-shedding coat, which will need regular light grooming to stay looking its best. This sweet boy has already faced heartbreak and now seeks a forever home filled with love.
