Pheobe is an 10-year-old female dog, weighing about 15 pounds (as of March 2026). She exhibits a friendly attitude towards other dogs but shows a considerable amount of shyness around people. Her small size and gentle nature make her well-suited to a quiet home where she can slowly build trust at her own pace. While she may take some time to warm up to new human friends, her sociability with other dogs suggests she could thrive in a household with other pets, providing her with companionship and a sense of security.
