Meet Penelope, a gentle and affectionate 5-year-old girl waiting to find her forever home in Princeton, MN. With her kind nature and good manners, she makes a wonderful companion. Penelope understands commands in both English and Spanish and thrives on routine. She goes into her crate on command, sleeps comfortably there, and enjoys her meals in that cozy space. Penelope gets along beautifully with children, cats, and dogs of all sizes. Friendly and adaptable, she's acclimated well to home life. Whether you're walking, relaxing nearby, or snuggling up for some sweet cuddle time, she’s content just to be with her people. Penelope will be arriving from Texas on July 11, 2026. She'll need to be picked up from the Ruff Start Rescue office in Princeton between 9 AM and noon. As she’s not yet here, she's available through the Foster to Adopt (FTA) Program.
