About Paloma
Paloma is a wonderful 1.5-year-old, 74 lb Cane Corso mix who radiates loyalty and affection. With her strong personality and intelligence, she quickly wins over hearts. After being returned to the shelter due to her previous owner's lack of time, Paloma was understandably scared and confused. Thankfully, she was rescued just in time and has since shown her true colors in foster care. This girl is friendly with everyone she meets—men, women, and children alike. Her warm demeanor extends to other playful dogs near her size, as she enjoys engaging with them. However, she does exhibit a more dominant personality, so any resident dog should be more neutral or submissive. Unfortunately, her high prey drive means no cats or small animals can join her. Paloma loves to learn and is eager to please, making her a great candidate for training. She's currently honing her leash and crate training skills and responds well to guidance. With proper exercise and routine, she thrives, requiring at least 1.5 hours of activity each day. Ideal adopters will need to commit to her ongoing training and support as she transitions into an indoor living situation. This young, high-energy girl is ready to find a new home that can offer her greatly needed exercise and companionship. Paloma is crate trained and house trained, but may need a little patience as she adjusts. If you're looking for a dedicated companion who has so much to offer, Paloma is the one for you. Let's give her the loving home she deserves! What are you waiting for? Apply today!
