Meet Mr. Jenkins, a charming dog with an unforgettable smile. He came to the shelter as a lost pup on June 13, and, sadly, no one showed up to bring him home. Volunteers who interact with him describe him as friendly and quiet, especially in his kennel. He walks beautifully on a leash and responds well to commands, sitting happily when asked. At around 2 years old, Mr. Jenkins weighs 59 lbs and is up to date on his vaccinations. He tested negative for heartworms and will be neutered and microchipped upon adoption. He’s currently in kennel 86, and his ID number is 19889, so be sure to ask for him when you visit. Keep in mind, since Mr. Jenkins came in as a lost dog, we don't know how he would do with children or other pets. He’s eager to find a loving forever home, and he has a wonderful personality just waiting to shine!
