Despite being 100% deaf, Lincoln is learning sign language and has already mastered three commands, with plans to learn more each week. Lincoln is great with other dogs and good with cats. He walks well on a leash and loves treats and playing tug. Potty trained and eager for playtime, he’s looking for a loving home where he can be cared for and appreciated.
