With a goofy personality and a knack for melting hearts, he’s convinced that belly rubs are the highest form of love. Gus Gus cuddles up as soon as you sit down, eagerly reminding you if you pause too long during his favorite activity. Though still a young puppy, Gus exhibits a calm and easygoing demeanor, balancing playfulness with a desire to snuggle. He joyfully engages in playtime with his foster siblings and feels happiest simply being part of the action, whether that's wrestling, chasing toys, or enjoying quiet moments. He has grown substantially in confidence since arriving at foster care, going from shy to a lively little guy eager to meet new people. Gus Gus’s love for snacks makes him excellent at positive reinforcement training, as he’s highly motivated by treats and kibble. While he’d thrive in a home with a playful canine companion, he could also happily be your solo buddy, soaking up all the love and attention you have to offer. Currently, Gus is crate trained and uses puppy pads reliably, and he's making impressive strides in house training. He enjoys car rides too, making him an easygoing companion for journeys big or small.
