About Little Brother
Little Brother needs a fully fenced yard because he isn't fully vaccinated yet; this will be completed on 7/17. He's looking for his forever home within the DC/MD/N.VA area. This neutered male is about 6 months old and is a mixed breed of Boxer and Terrier, weighing in at 15 lbs. He’s microchipped, up-to-date on core vaccinations, and is on monthly flea/tick/heartworm prevention. Little Brother’s life took a rough turn when he was found wandering alone, feeling scared and confused in a busy downtown area. Thankfully, he found his way to safety and hasn't lost his gentle hope. He is a true Velcro puppy, loving to stay close to his humans. Whether you're sitting on the couch or lying down, he’ll curl up beside you, often tucking his nose into your neck for a sweet puppy hug. His playful spirit endears him to everyone. Watching him bounce is both hilarious and heartwarming. Food is his second love, and he does a happy dance whenever a meal is approaching, complete with little hops and proud barks. Social and curious, Little Brother gets along well with dogs, cats, and older kids, although he hasn’t met small children yet. He’s still learning social cues, and when another animal communicates they don’t want to play, he looks back at his person, confused but sweet. His ideal day involves being with his humans, whether going for walks, playing with toys, or simply cuddling on the couch. After a tough start, Little Brother is ready to leave uncertainty behind and become a cherished family member. He would be a loyal companion, an expert cuddler, and a bundle of love for the right family. Click apply to start the adoption process.
