About Riddick

Rocky is a charming American Staffordshire Terrier mix, approximately 8 years old and weighing about 65 pounds. His gentle, laid-back demeanor makes him a sweet companion, perfect for families. Despite battling heartworm, which he’s currently being treated for, Rocky remains full of love and affection. He's house trained and crate trained, though he doesn't often need a crate when fostered. At home, Rocky enjoys relaxing, and he's been known to lounge in comfort while keeping an eye on things. He's friendly with children and gets along well with many dogs, although he has shown selective preferences before. His playful spirit comes alive on walks, although he does tend to pull, so a no-pull harness would be ideal. Rocky has a fun, adventurous side and loves car rides, always eager to watch the world go by from the window. With an estimated arrival to his forever home in late August upon completing his treatment, he is ready to meet you. Apply now to see if you can give this amazing boy the loving home he deserves!
