About Atlas

Atlas joined us from a hoarding situation in Benewah County when he was just 5 to 6 weeks old. Despite a rough start, he’s now embracing the joy of being a puppy. At first, Atlas can be a bit shy with new faces. However, with a little patience—and maybe a toy—his playful and sweet nature comes alive. Once he decides you’re a friend, you’re in for a wonderful experience. His DNA blend reveals he’s mostly Miniature Poodle with a hint of Australian Shepherd among other breeds. His mother weighs about 19 pounds, so we expect him to stay small. Here are a few things to note about this charming fellow: - He’s making solid strides in potty training. - Toys are his greatest passion. - As an active puppy, he thrives on exercise, enrichment, and continuous training. He’s not meant to be a couch potato. - We think he’d thrive in a home with another playful dog to guide him and continue building his confidence. Like any pup, Atlas might mistake your favorite shoe for a chew toy and be curious about every leaf outside. Yet, his sweetness and eagerness to learn make him a great addition. If you're ready to welcome a puppy who just needs a moment to open up, Atlas is eager to meet you. ❤️
