About Eclipse

Eclipse is a neutered male who’s recently found his way out of a tough start in life. Born on December 10, 2024, this German Shepherd and Labrador mix weighs 37.4 lbs and is working on gaining a healthier weight. For much of his young life, he was kept on a heavy chain with minimal social interaction. Moving to an overcrowded shelter further added to his anxiety. He often paced in his kennel, struggling to cope. In foster care, Eclipse has started to thrive. A routine, a secure space, and the chance to explore a fenced yard have helped him relax and discover the joy of being a dog. He’s loving, loyal, and eager to please, quickly forming bonds with his caregivers. Eclipse is also getting the hang of training and sleeps peacefully in his crate at night. He has shown a friendly disposition towards other dogs as well, benefiting from their companionship. Eclipse longs for a family to call his own. With the right guidance and patience, we believe he will continue to blossom. He is ready for a forever home where he can enjoy comfort and love. Click apply to start the adoption process.
