About Mackerel

Meet Mackerel, affectionately known as Mack! He came to us from a local trapping project, rescued alongside his siblings who were living under a shed with their mother. While we've successfully spayed mom and released her back to her caretaker, Mack and his siblings are now ready for safe and loving homes. Initially a bit nervous as he adjusts to indoor life, Mack quickly transforms into a sweet, purring machine once he feels secure. He enjoys playing and is friendly with other kitties, making him a great companion for a multi-pet home. We are looking for a caring environment that will continue to nurture him, allowing him the time he needs to fully come out of his shell. If you're interested in welcoming Mack or one of his siblings, please submit an adoption application! Mack is neutered, microchipped, and has received all age-appropriate vaccinations.
