About Mabel
Meet Mabel! Sheโs a lovable American Bulldog and American Staffordshire Terrier mix, almost 2 years old. Currently, sheโs a courtesy post for House of Hope in Shelton, WA. Mabel was fostered as a puppy along with her mom and siblings. After being adopted with her sister, they faced littermate syndrome, leading to her return to the rescue. Since then, she has thrived in a home with six other dogs and has proven to be a model pup. Although Mabel can be nervous around new people, she does well with slow introductions. My recommendation for her ideal home is one with a calm environment, a yard for playing ball and sunbathing. She is crate trained, house trained, and has completed basic obedience classes. Confident dog friends are a must; she thrives with them but prefers to stay away from chaotic dog parks. With proper conditioning, Mabel may enjoy hiking and long walks with her family. If youโre interested in bringing this sweet girl into your life, please submit an application to start the process. Her adoption will require a home visit and an adoption contract, with a fee of $350. She awaits her forever home!
