At just 13-14 weeks old, Thorne, a German Shepherd mix, has overcome a challenging start in life. Despite his rough beginnings, his gentle spirit continues to shine brighter each day. Initially, Thorne may come off as a bit shy. He takes his time to warm up and ensure you’re one of the good humans before letting you into his heart. Once you earn his trust, you'll find him to be a devoted companion, eager to follow you around. His foster mom is his whole world, and he believes every room is better when she's there. Playful, affectionate, and smart, Thorne is already picking up vital puppy skills like leash walking, housebreaking, and crate training. He learns quickly and takes pride in his accomplishments. Thorne has a fondness for other dogs, as they help him gain confidence and learn the ropes in a friendly environment. He would thrive in a home with another canine companion. With his vaccinations up to date, deworming completed, and a neuter appointment scheduled for July, Thorne is ready for a forever home filled with love, patience, and plenty of belly rubs.
