About Juno
Meet Juno! She is a young female German Shepherd mix, bringing a gentle spirit and bright future with her. Rescued from an abandoned state along a rural road, Juno was once underweight but has made significant progress and is on track to be a healthy 45 pounds. Despite her challenging start, Juno is a sweet and loving companion. Initially a bit shy around newcomers, her friendly personality quickly emerges. She’s been wonderful with everyone she has encountered, including children, and shows great gentleness when receiving treats. Juno has a love for mealtime that is hard to miss; she eagerly dashes into her crate at meal times. She enjoys leash walks and is curious about her surroundings, happily greeting both people and other dogs along the way. Another joy for Juno is playing with fellow dogs. She delights in games of chase and wrestling, and she even lived harmoniously with a cat in her finder’s home, showing she can adapt well to a multi-pet environment. At home, Juno is calm and settles nicely after some play. She is crate trained, sleeps comfortably in her crate at night, and is learning house manners. Eager to please and food motivated, she responds well to gentle corrections, which makes her training experience enjoyable. Juno is in search of a loving family to help her build confidence and provide the affection she so deserves. In return, she promises loyalty and companionship. If you are seeking a gentle, dog-friendly companion ready for a second chance, Juno could be the perfect match for you. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
