About Speckles
Speckles is with Corridor Rescue in Houston, Texas, and he's a truly special boy. After being found chasing cars, this brave Australian Cattle Dog mix was rescued from a dangerous situation. He came to us malnourished, but he’s bounced back wonderfully and now weighs a healthy 50 lbs. Funny and easy-going, he’s still refining his leash skills but shows a gentle nature, especially with toys. His clean kennel suggests he may have had a home before, exhibiting signs of being housetrained. Speckles has limited social interactions so far, but he’s proving to be quite social with other dogs and respectful towards cats. He adores human companionship, whether that means snuggling on the couch or soaking up the sun in the backyard. Although he's playful and loves attention, he can be a tad rambunctious, so families with kids aged 8 and above would be ideal. If you're looking for a medium-sized buddy who’s just the right mix of playful and affectionate, Speckles might be the perfect match. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
