About Shamrock

*** If you have any questions or would like to meet any of our adoptable cats, email catadoptions@nawsus.org. Please include a cell number and check your SPAM folder if you do not receive a timely response. Shamrocks luckiest day was St. Patricks Day, when she welcomed four beautiful kittens into the world. She proved to be a devoted and attentive mother at 1 years old, caring for her babies with endless patience and love until they grew into healthy, thriving kittens. Once her kittens became more independent, Shamrock revealed a playful side all her own. She loves batting toys across the room, chasing them at full speed, and entertaining her humans with her antics. In fact, she enjoys having an audience and will often call out to her people as if inviting them over to watch her impressive toy-hunting skills. While Shamrock can be a little cautious at first, she forms strong bonds with the people she trusts. She enjoys gentle pets and affection and will happily rub against your legs to let you know shed like some attention. She would do well in a home with older children who can give her the time and patience she needs to feel comfortable and secure. Shamrock has not shown much interest in making feline friends and would likely be happiest as the only cat in her home. The exception would be one of her kittens, with whom she already shares a special bond. This sweet, playful mama has done an amazing job raising her family, and now its her turn to be someones cherished companion. Could Shamrock be the lucky charm youve been waiting for?
