Moon had been tied up outside all of her life on a short chain. People would come by and throw rocks at her. Our friend found out about her and helped her cross the border and now she's safe with us. We think she's about two years old and possibly a lab terrier mix. She has settled in beautifully to a very temporary foster home. Shes really sweet. Dog friendly. Just a little scared...
