About Turbo
Meet Turbo—a quiet, small, scruffy terrier mix who’s about 15 pounds of gentle sweetness. Though her name suggests speed, Turbo prefers a steady pace, enjoying close moments with her humans and seeking comfort in their presence. Having begun her journey at Central Arizona Animal Rescue as a tiny puppy, Turbo thought she had found her forever home. Unexpectedly returned to the rescue, she remains hopeful that the right family is still out there, waiting to welcome her back into a loving environment. Turbo shines in peaceful settings. She hardly barks, making her the perfect companion for those seeking tranquility at home. She’s lived harmoniously with kids, knows how to be gentle around them, and is house trained. With a friendly demeanor, Turbo currently shares her kennel with other dogs, getting along well and proving herself to be easygoing. She's also surprisingly playful, especially on warm days when she loves to take a dip in the pool. Her wire-haired coat requires minimal grooming—just a bit of brushing now and then. Turbo is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped, ensuring she can be found if lost. She’s eager for a second chance at forever and is looking for someone to see her as a loving companion. Turbo may not be the loudest or flashiest dog, but her loyalty shines brightly; she’ll be your devoted shadow, always ready to offer affection and companionship. If you think Turbo could be the perfect fit for your family, she would love to meet you. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
