Hi there! My name is Ember, I'm a 5 year old male Chihuahua, and I'm at the Santa Barbara Campus. Ember came to Santa Barbara Humane from a crowded shelter where space and resources were limited. While their previous shelter worked hard to care for them, Ember is now getting a fresh start and looking for a loving family to call their own. Adoptions are open 12pm-4:30pm every day, except Wednesdays, and no appointment is needed. Like all SBH animals, when I am adopted I will have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Adoptions also include a certificate for a complimentary post-adoption veterinary exam from a local clinic and our partners at Hills Science Diet will provide a supply of food for my first few days at home.
