This sweet girl never imagined she would end up here. When her family moved away, they made the heartbreaking decision to leave her behind. To Tilly, it doesn't make sense. She still watches and waits. Every time the door to the kennel area opens, she lifts her little head with hope in her eyes, wondering if the people she loved have finally come back for her. Despite having her heart broken, Tilly remains as sweet and loving as ever. She is a gentle soul who simply wants a place where she belongs, a family that will cherish her for the rest of her life and never leave her behind again. Right now, Tilly is understandably sad and a bit shy. The shelter is a confusing place for a dog who once had a home. She will need a patient and loving family willing to give her the time she needs to feel safe and secure again. The good news? Tilly is more than ready to start her new chapter. She is current on all vaccinations, microchipped, heartworm negative, and already spayed. Her bags are packed, and she can leave for her forever home at any time. Tilly doesn't need a perfect family. She just needs a family that will love her forever.
