Rogan is an adorable 9 week old kitten. He is equal parts loving and playful. Rogan loves to play with his siblings and would do best in a home with another kitty or with children who will keep him busy. If you sit on the floor with Rogan he will play and run all over and around your legs and eventually curl up on your lap and take a nap.
