Hudson has truly flourished in foster care, where his gentle personality and loving nature have had the chance to shine. Hudson is fully potty trained and settled into his foster home's routine almost immediately. He's an easy houseguest who clearly enjoyed the comforts of home before and is more than ready to enjoy them again. This handsome boy is dog-friendly and enjoys being part of a pack. He currently lives with two energetic resident dogs and handles their enthusiasm with ease. While he's always lived with other dogs and enjoys their company, Hudson could likely be happy either with canine friends or as your one-and-only spoiled companion. When meeting new people, Hudson can be a little shy at first, his response is simply to give himself a little space until he feels comfortable. Once he realizes he's safe, his sweet personality starts to emerge. He seems especially fond of children, happily accepting attention and affection from them. Hudson has shown that he's capable of adjusting to new environments. During a visit to his foster grandparents' home, he met several new people and dogs, quickly settling in, enjoying pets from everyone, and even climbing into Foster Grandma's lap for some extra love. Hudson is calm, easygoing, and simply looking for a warm, peaceful place and a person he can trust. With someone willing to give him time, patience, plenty of love, and of course a few snacks, Hudson will reward them with unwavering loyalty and companionship.
