Hi, Im Leo a 1-year-old Dachshund/Hound mix weighing about 20 pounds, and I was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Texas. These days, Im making up for lost time by soaking up every bit of love and attention I can get. Im the kind of guy who will happily meet you right at the door, tail wagging and ready for scratches, pets, cuddles, or honestly whatever attention youre willing to hand out. I absolutely love people and just want to be part of everything going on around me. If youre looking for a happy little shadow to follow you around, Im probably your guy. I also do amazing with other dogs, have been great with all of the kennel staff, and have done really well around kids too. Everyone says Im just an all-around good boy. Im still working on my housebreaking skills, but Im trying hard and making progress every day. I havent been cat tested yet, but that can be done upon request.
