You've seen the videos and pictures on social media and the time has come! Penny (and soon her sidekick, Maisy) are ready to start taking applications!! They are not a bonded pair and can go to separate homes, but let us tell you, they are both incredible and the cutest pair. Penny is estimated to be a Great Pyrenees mix and weighs 55 pounds at 9 months old. She has such a kindhearted personality, and her tendency to be a little clueless only makes us love her more. While she still enjoys exercise and playtime, Penny is surprisingly low energy for her age. She loves taking her sweet time on walks and stopping to watch the world around her. But don't let that fool you, she's still a puppy and can find herself in a little mischief from time to time. Considering how much change she's gone through, Penny has adjusted beautifully and has made a lot of progress with potty training in just a few weeks. She's very submissive with her doggy pals and is phenomenal with cats. She gets so much confidence from Maisy's calm, motherly demeanor and has really thrived having that kind of friend to follow. Because of that, she will require another confident dog in her home and is much more comfortable being left alone if she has a canine buddy by her side. Penny rarely makes a peep. The only time she'll really voice her opinion is if she's crated, which she's made pretty clear is not her favorite thing. A puppy-proofed room and a doggy friend are much more her style.
