Meet Garry! Garry is a 58lb, 5-year-old, Boxer who came to us as a stray and is still figuring out shelter life at his own pace. He's an independent guy who tends to prefer doing his own thing and isn't one to demand attention. While he's not particularly interested in toys or treats, he does seem to appreciate gentle affection when it's offered. In the play yard, Garry doesn't seem to mind being around other dogs and is content to coexist with them. The shelter environment can be a little overwhelming for him, and he can get nervous when it's time to head back to his kennel. Garry is looking for a patient home that will give him the time and space he needs to build confidence and settle in.
