About Gage

Gage is a young, high-energy Boxer/Terrier mix born on December 8, 2023—a true Sagittarius, which shines through in his adventurous and lively personality. He thrives with an active family and loves to play, though his enthusiasm can be a bit much for small children. He tends to play rough, so a home with older kids or dog-savvy adults would probably be best. While Gage could enjoy being an only animal, he may get along with a laid-back, playful dog companion; meet and greets are a must. Gage still needs some guidance with house training and leash manners—he likes to jump and pulls hard. A fenced yard would give him space to burn off energy and help with his training. He’s very smart and highly motivated by treats or toys, making him eager to learn. Gage comes fully vetted: he’s neutered, vaccinated, heartworm negative, wormed, flea treated, and microchipped. Give him structure, companionship, and lots of playtime, and he’ll be a fantastic addition. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
