Harriet is one of our scared, sad dogs. She came into the shelter with seven other dogs and she is so terrified here that she won’t come out of her kennel for anyone except one volunteer who has worked hard to earn her trust. At less that two years old, we believe that Harriet can have a bright future in a home that will show her love and patience and let her bloom in her own time. We don’t know her past but you can determine her future. She is always sweet, just scared and she will love you forever.
