Hugo is struggling in the shelter. He came in with seven other dogs (likely dumped) and we guess that he did not come from a good situation. He has been slow to trust but it can happen. He needs a home with patience and love where he can know that he is safe and learn to trust and love. He has been to our doggie playgroup and is friendly but does not engage in much play.
