Buffalo Sauce is named for his saucy little bark when he meets new people, hears a sound, sees a butterfly, or for any other less-than-obvious reason. He is 10lbs of adorable fluff, and warms up fast to his new human friends. Buffalo Sauce came to us when his owner acquired him at a family member’s funeral, and it was not the appropriate home for him, as the household dogs were not a fan of Buffalo Sauce. In his short time with us, he has met a few dogs, without any issues. He did spend a few days in a home with another dog, and decided he wanted the people all to himself. We feel he would do best in a home without other dogs, but could have dog friends outside the home. He should do fine in his next home with children of all ages, and though he has had no prior feline experience, he may do fine with them. He LOVES to play with toys, especially for a good game of tug. He is continuing to work on his leash walking skills, does get a little too excited and jumpy in the car, and is full of small dog energy! He enjoys his time in his condo, and has prior experience being crated when needed to be left at home. With his handsome coat, he will need an adopter willing to care for all that fur, and probably with regular visits to a groomer. A 5-week Good Manners training course is included in Buffalo Sauce's $350.00 adoption fee.
