Hi, I'm Zeus! I am a handsome Lab & Husky mix with a big heart, a smart mind, and plenty of personality to share. I am 4 years old, I'm neutered, and up to date on my vaccines. I'm a very affectionate boy who loves being close to my people, and I'm known for being pretty vocal I like to let you know what I'm thinking! I listen well and already know commands like sit, shake, and lay down, so I'd love a home that will keep helping me learn and thrive. A little about my past, I had a wonderful family that loved me so much - and boy oh boy, did I love them too. What I didn't love was that our yard became fair game for everyone in the neighborhood, and I didn't like new kids disrespecting my boundaries. I enjoy being around my family and do well with children I know in the home, but I need a family that understands my boundaries and can help advocate for my space. Because of that, I'd do best in a home that can carefully manage introductions and interactions with new children. I'm also good with cats, though kittens are a little too much for me. I seem to be social with other dogs, but I'm more of a polite companion than a playful party guy. I should mention that I have a talent for digging, especially under fences. Therefore, I'll need a secure setup and close supervision when I'm outside. My previous owner said that the electric underground fence worked wonderfully for me. I'm an active boy who loves to run and loves the water, so if you enjoy outdoor adventures, we might be a great match.
