Assata has shown absolutely no aggression, but she is enthusiastic when she plays and can underestimate her strength, so a home with slightly older children - or kids experienced with dogs - may be the best fit. Assata does wonderfully with other dogs and would thrive with a doggy sister or brother of similar size and energy, though she would also be perfectly happy as the center of attention in a one-pet home. Assata has no fear and loves to explore new places. She rides well in the car and has spent the day with her foster parents at the office where she met lots of new people happily soaking up the attention and scratches. She has also made trips to the antique mall where she charmed everyone she met with her smile and full body tail wags.
