Chappell is a cute senior chi who is hot to go to her new forever home; although you might expect more red in this mutt's mane, she's a mix of tan and black but captures the fierce energy of her namesake. Although she gets along well with the other mutts, this little lady has no problem setting a boundary and enforcing it when she needs to.
