Max enjoys playing with scrunchy toys and gentle pets to his chest. Max is cautious with new people and will need ample time to adjust to his new home and an owner that is respectful of his space (please let him come to you first!). He has not lived with other dogs but did well being kenneled with a small dog here so may do well with another calm small companion after proper gradual introductions. Max may have accidents if not taken out but is otherwise potty trained. Due to his discomfort towards the child in his previous home and towards strangers, he will need a mature household with no children.
