Portland came into our care when local rescue needed help with some unwanted puppies, and we were happy to take them in, get them the vet care they needed, and find them loving homes. Portland is a typical puppy, who enjoys being held for a short time before rocketing off to do puppy things, such as chewing on the shoelaces of anyone in reach. A 5-week Good Manners training course is included in Portland's $480.00 adoption fee.
