Meet the sweet and loving Bear! Bear is a very handsome 4-year-old shepherd mix who was surrendered and is now searching for his forever family. Bear can be a bit shy at first, but once he warms up, he is an outgoing guy who loves to cuddle up close on the couch. This sweetie pie is a just a huge love who gets along with everybody! He does well with other dogs and even cats. We do require a meet and greet with any resident dog in the home before adoption to ensure everybody is happy and that it's a perfect fit. Bear is smart too and totally food motivated. He knows sit, stay, lie down, and walks well on leash! Plus, if food is involved Bear is very willing to learn! That being said, Bear is currently on weight loss journey and will need an owner dedicated to helping him get to a healthy weight.
