Scrappy is a friendly and lively companion, thriving best in a household with well-matched older children. Scrappy has been altered, vaccinated, and microchipped. He's a lovely pooch who’s well-prepared for adoption. You can visit him at the center, open Tuesday to Sunday from 11 am to 4 pm.
