About Velma

Sweet Velma, a young Chihuahua, was discovered living under a house with her sister Daphne. It’s uncertain how long they were there, but now Velma is safe and learning that humans provide food, cuddles, and love. Although she's understandably shy and timid, she requires a patient adopter willing to invest time and care to help her build trust. With a little patience, Velma will come out of her shell and become a loyal companion for her forever family. Visit us at 15699 West Aniceto Road in Casa Grande to meet Velma and our other animals! We're open Wednesday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and no appointment is necessary. One of our staff members will gladly assist you in finding the perfect match. Every adoption includes spay or neuter surgery, deworming, up-to-date vaccines, microchip, and a lifetime of love! Click apply to start the adoption process.
