Waldo is an 11-year-old Chihuahua who is a little sad and confused right now. He was abandoned when he developed an infection that is most likely stealing the sight from his right eye. He is a super sweet boy, loves to cuddle, is very calm and gentle, and will make a wonderful lap dog.
