About Pogo
Meet Pogo! This 2-year-old black-and-white tuxedo cat has captured hearts with his big personality and resilient spirit. Despite facing a rough start that led to the amputation of his left front leg, Pogo remains incredibly independent and loves climbing around his foster home. He navigates both low and high surfaces with ease to reach his favorite sunny spots. Affectionate by nature, Pogo thrives on kindness. His foster mom showers him with love and cuddles, and his purring speaks volumes as he soaks in the affection. This fun-loving cat is also a self-proclaimed catnip enthusiast, having a blast with his toys! In his current foster home, Pogo gets along well with several female cats and enjoys their company, although he prefers a home without male cats or kittens. His charming personality makes him quite the conversationalist; he’ll happily chat when he’s looking for attention or food. Pogo seeks a forever family willing to offer him the time and understanding to build trust. Once he feels secure in his new home, he’ll be ready to share the world’s best hugs. If you're searching for a gentle soul with lots of love to give, Pogo may just be your perfect match. Currently, Pogo is being fostered in Texas but can be transported to approved adopters in the Midwest, Northeast, and Canada. His adoption fee is $150, which includes vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchip, and deworming. A $200 transport fee applies for transportation and vet documentation requirements.
