She enjoys walks, outdoor adventures, and playtime but is equally happy to unwind with her family afterward. Initially, Ellie can be a bit reserved with new people, but once she warms up, she becomes a loyal companion who craves connection. In addition to her affectionate nature, she’s smart, eager to learn, and has great respect for everyone around her. Ellie gets along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes, plays nicely, and has fantastic social skills. Cats? She’s great with them too! Already house-trained and crate-trained, Ellie shows off impressive manners within the home. She adores car rides and is always ready for new adventures, whether it’s a hike, trip to the park, or just a ride around town. After being surrendered by her previous family who couldn’t give her the lifestyle she deserves, Ellie has been a joy to have in foster care.
