About Sunny

Meet Sunny! Sunny is ready to find his forever home! At just 8 weeks old, Sunny and his siblings came to our rescue after arriving at the shelter without their mother. We’ve loved raising this litter, and now they’re excited to start new adventures with their own families. Sunny is thought to be a German Shepherd mix, likely with Husky or Australian Shepherd. He has a gentle and sensitive nature, approaching new experiences thoughtfully. He’s cautious but curious, making sure everything is safe before diving into play. Once he’s comfortable, Sunny becomes playful and social, enjoying interactions with his siblings and exploring his surroundings. He’s a cuddle bug, relishing snuggle time after a day of adventures. As a young puppy, he’s still learning about his world. Potty training is in progress, and he hasn’t started crate training yet. Bringing home a puppy like Sunny requires commitment, patience, and a plan for training and socialization. Apartment dwellers are welcome to apply, but keep in mind that he is not fully vaccinated yet, making outdoor potty training a little tricky. If you feel that Sunny could be the missing piece in your life, we’d love to chat! Just complete an adoption application to get started. If you're not local to the Dallas area, please be ready to travel here to meet Sunny personally.
