About Wilbur

Wilbur is a charming little guy who’s ready to find his forever home. At around 1-2 years old and weighing just 15 pounds, he has a heartwarming story of resilience after being rescued from a hoarding situation. Now he’s learning to embrace the good things in life: comfy beds, gentle people, and tasty treats. Though still a bit shy, he’s discovering that human companionship can be loving and fulfilling. This little fella is house-trained and does well being left alone at home. His foster family loves his easygoing nature and how well he adapts to routines. Wilbur thrives on daily walks and particularly enjoys being around calm dogs, as they help build his confidence. While he’s a healthy pup, Wilbur does need daily eye drops for one eye, and he’s becoming quite adept at his routine. A patient adult-only household would suit him best, offering the time and love he deserves. He’ll be ready to transition to his new home after June 26th. Wilbur is currently being fostered in Mead, CO. Visit his page for more details about adopting him.
